Our Sales Support and Customer Service team members are experienced and knowledgeable, and respond quickly and professionally to all customer requests. In addition, we offer competitive pricing and fast turnaround on quotes. Furthermore, we actively use EDI for order and payment processing with both customers and suppliers who prefer EDI communication. Lastly, we offer full traceability back to the manufacturer with test reports and Certificates of Compliance on file for all products.
At Aircraft & Commercial Enterprises, we keep thousands of standard products in stock. In addition, we offer same-day shipping on stock items, and we coordinate Just in Time (JIT) deliveries. Further, we offer Dock to Stock (DTS program), Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI options), and Consigned Inventory. Additionally, we serve customers with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS) priority expediting options.
Our Technical Support Services team offers support and application consulting services. Furthermore, we have the technical expertise to work with Engineering personnel on application recommendations, product qualification testing, and technical assistance through the specification process. In addition, we provide on-site installation, training and technical support for printers, software and other equipment that we sell, as well as extended service contracts. Also, we maintain a library of customer and industry specifications, drawings and test reports for many of the products that we sell. Lastly, we provide software upgrades and data file conversion for customers using or converting to our label printing systems and products.
Some of our Value-Added Services include custom printing & kitting of labels, wire markers, UID labels & RFID tags. Further, we handle electrical component kitting, data file conversion, and on-site printer and software programming, testing and repairs.
