Acrylic Flex Glass (92)

Acrylic Flex Glass sleeving is a heat-treated, tightly braided fiberglass sleeving coated with a dielectric acrylic resin. This durable sleeving will withstand mechanical stress and holds it's dielectric strength on all bends. Acrylic Flex Glass is used in applications such as relays, radio circuits, transformers, and lead/crossover protection on motors. Highly resistant to acids and solvents, and will withstand tough assembly handling. This sleeve is recommended for thermal requirements from -13°F to 311°F ranges. View Product Datasheet
Ben-Har 1151-FRB Grade A (19)

This specialized sleeve uses silicone rubber extrusion coating over its non-combustible fiberglass braid to produce a reinforced sleeving superior to ordinary dip-coated sleeves. In addition to its durability, 1151-FRB Grade A is difficult to ignite, burns slowly, and extinguishes promptly even when igniting the bottom of a vertical specimen. Qualified by major U.S. airframe manufacturers, Grade A meets all performance requirements for MIL-I-3190/6 and is ideal for protecting wiring systems in modern jet aircraft from abrasion, impact, volatile drip, splash or spray. FR Silicone Flex Glass (156)

FR Silicone Flex Glass sleeving is an extremely flexible braided fiberglass sleeve coated with a flame retardant elastometric silicone rubber sheath. The unique self-fitting construction allows sleeving to expand slightly for easy installation, and provides a snug fit for minimum movement and reduced internal abrasion. FR Silicone Flex Glass sleeving is rated to 392°F. (Class H), is abrasion resistant, and maintains it's flexibility in low temperature environments. HW Silicone Flex Glass (20)

Heavy Wall Flex Glass is engineered from a high quality braided fiberglass sleeve surrounded by a heavy silicone rubber coating. SGH expands slightly for easy installation, and is tough and flexible enough for use in tight radius applications. The silicone coating will expand and flex without cracks or fractures, and the treated fiberglass minimizes end fray and dusting during assembly and use. Heavy Wall Flex Glass resists dielectric breakdown caused by operational stresses. The sleeving is highly abrasion resistant and remains flexible in low temperature applications. It is also resistant to common chemicals, inorganic acids, alkalis and alphatic hydrocarbons. Rated to 392°F. Silicone Flex Glass (156)

Silicone Flex Glass sleeving is engineered with a silicone rubber coating over an insulating fiberglass sleeve. The sleeve is very abrasion resistant and is ideal in heavy duty applications that require outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. The mechanical properties and high dielectric strength of Silicone Flex Glass make it the first choice in applications such as transformer lead protection, motor coil leads, component isolation, and power supply wiring. SG has a high tear strength, slight expandability for easy installation, excellent flex life and resistance to fatigue. It is Class H rated (392°F) with an operating temperature range of -103°F to 428°F. Silicone Flex Glass shows no discernible effects under exposure of up to 10 megarads of radiation.
