Polyolefin (356)
Polyolefin is a flexible, multi-purpose heat shrink tubing available in 2:1, 3:1 and 6:1 shrink ratio. Offers economical mechanical protection for strain relief and wire bundling. Polyolefin provides superior sealing against water, moisture or other contaminants. Available in a wide range of colors and sizes to meet Military, Aerospace, Transit, Industrial, Marine and Automotive applications.
Kynar/PVDF (54)
Polyvinylidene Fluoride commonly called Kynar is a thin wall, transparent heat shrink tubing ideal for Electronic, Automotive and Military applications requiring protection and see through inspection in aggressive environments. This material is highly flame retardant, provides abrasion and cut- through resistance and has excellent properties in chemicals and solvents. Available in Clear and Black and multiple sizes.
Elastomeric (10)
Diesel resistant elastomeric heat shrink tubing is 2:1 shrink ratio, flexible and flame retardant. Provides excellent resistance to diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids and chemicals. Ideal for Military, Aerospace and Transit applications where protection is needed to protect cables and harnesses in a hostile environment. Available in Black and sizes up to 3.0" diameter.
Viton (9)
A fluoroelastomer thin wall heat shrink tubing with various market applications which include Automotive, Electronic Systems, Military, Aerospace and Industrial which require outstanding heat and fluid resistance. Viton is very flexible, flame retardant and highly abrasion resistant. Viton is available in Black and sizes up to 2.0" diameter.
Neoprene (32220)
Neoprene remains very flexible even at low temperatures without cracking. Offers outstanding resistance to abrasion and physical abuse while providing flexibility and strain relief in rugged harnessing applications. Resistant to most fluids and solvents including aviation and ground vehicle fuels and oils. Available in Black and sizes up to 3.0" diameter.
PVC (111)
A general purpose, economical, 2:1 shrink ratio product that is highly flame retardant, flexible and is used in general applications like industrial and electronic markets where a protective layer is required to protect a wire harness bundle. Multiple colors are available and sizes up to 4.0" diameter.
Teflon/FEP (39)
FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is a flame retardant heat shrinkable tubing that has shrink ratios of 1.67:1 and 1.3:1. The 1.67:1 product is a medium wall tubing and the 1.3:1 is considered a heavy wall tubing. Both provide continuous operating temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius. FEP provides excellent heat resistance to chemicals and oils. Both products meet UL 94 V-O Flammability. Ideal for Military and Aerospace Applications.
Teflon/PTFE (108)
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a flame retardant heat shrinkable tubing that is offered in four variations 2:1 shrink ratio light wall, 2:1 shrink ratio thin wall, 2:1 shrink ratio standard wall and 4:1 shrink ratio. All PTFE types provide continuous operating temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius. All provide excellent heat resistance to chemicals and oils. All products meet the Flame rating of UL 94 V-O. Ideal for Military and Aerospace Applications.
